Jeriko Estate produces certified Organic and Biodynamic wines from estate vineyards. 
Guests are welcome to wander through the vineyards and walk the trails overlooking the property. The hillside above the winery offers a great picnic spot and beautiful views of the Hopland valley.
Our friendly Wine Bar staff is helpful with local information and concierge service.
Other things to note:
Close by interest include; coastal redwood groves, Mendocino coast, local wine tastings, Lakes Mendocino and Sonoma, cottage industries and local artist, Russian river activities and the finest green agricultural products grown in the mountains and valleys of Mendocino County.

WELCOME TO JERIKO HOUSE
Please park cars in a row in front of and facing the garage and extending toward gate, this is mandatory for easy access of emergency vehicles
This is a multi- level home with many steps, please watch your step.
There are two theremostats, one in the dining room that runs the north end of the House, and one in the south living room which runs the south end, including the south upper bedrooms.
Heat rises, so if you want the upper bedrooms to stay cool, keep doors and windows shut.
If House gets hot, use the whole house fan, located at upper level landing for 30 minutes to clear hot air out.
The pool light switch is on the fence next to the pool.
Child door alarms are above doors that exit to pool area, and can be activated by a small switch above alarms.
The pool has a splash alarm that can be switched on/off at alarm unit, alarm will sound in House if someone, or an animal, falls into the pool. We recommend using this if children or pets are present. It is located in the small window opening above the kitchen peninsula.
Keep cover on hot tub, when not in use, to retain heat. Tub will gradually lose heat when in use for extended periods.
The sound system is in the entryway closet, volume knobs are in each room and at exit doors for outside sound.
The range exhaust fan switch is on the wall to the right when standing in front of the range, and says Thermador on it.
Wood fire pizza oven tools are in the closet next to the pizza oven, instructions can be found online.
The wine cellar light switch is on the ceiling to the right as you reach the bottom step.
Cellar wines are available for purchase, menu and pricing are in the cellar, purchased wines will
be deducted from deposits, or can be paid at the wine bar.
To close (latch) the french doors, lift the handle upward.
All TVs are amazon fire TV, instructions can be found at Amazon Fire TV User Guide online.
The WiFi password for ATT888 is 5922797106 and is on the box behind the chair in the front room. We are at the mercy of AT&T for WiFi, it can be unpredictable.
Hiking trails and picnic tables are accessible through the columns to the north of the winery, no smoking in grass areas, please.
Smoking is not permitted in the House, butts are not allowed on grounds.
Please remember that food left out will attract ants.
Rattlesnakes are out and about this time of year, keep your eyes open .

Unfenced pool, use pool alarms and door locks and never leave children unattended
Hot tub cover is not strapped down
Balcony railings that a child can fit through: master bedroom balcony, indoor upper lounge/entry balcony and NE facing white railed balcony. Use door latches and child
safety door devices.
Industrial Yard is off limits to all tenants, many dangers there.
Cleaners and chemicals in laundry room and kitchen, no child safety cabinet locks.
Tenants, especially children should not enter horse pens.
Construction is underway at the Wine Bar, dangerous conditions and equipment can be present there, children need to be kept away from this area.
Fountains can be dangerous and can topple over if climbed on or in.
No motorcycles or ATV’s allowed to be ridden on property.
Gas fireplace ‘keys’ need to be kept out of reach of children, and be properly turned to off position.
Range ovens should be turned off by both temperature dials and switches.
Outside BBQ can be turned on accidentally by children.
Tile floors are very hard, be careful of step ups and staircases.
---HOUSE RULES
Jeriko Estate does not allow events of any kind at the House. Events at the winery, adjacent, can be booked in advance. An event is described as any additional guests beyond the maximum allowed occupancy of 17 at the House, at any time. Any unauthorized event that takes place, will result in the total loss of your deposit to cover the event fees. Tenants from our other houses are allowed.
No amplified music is allowed at the House, except for the existing home system.
A 10 p.m. noise curfew is in effect for the county, and is strictly adhered to on the Estate as well.
A maximum of eight vehicles are allowed at the House and must be parked in a parallel line, facing the garage. Additional parking is allowed at the winery lot.
Furniture moving is not allowed, except for the roll-away beds, which are not allowed to be moved to the other houses.
The Estate wifi is provided by AT&T and can be unpredictable.
Litter and cigarette butts left on the grounds will result in additional cleaning fees.
Check-out instructions include several cleaning responsibilities for the tenant, not doing these will result in additional cleaning fees.
Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction from the premises, with no refunds.
Please respect our neighbors privacy and their right to peaceful enjoyment of their properties.

JERIKO HOUSE CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: TO AVOID EXTRA CHARGES:
Please make sure both central AC / heat thermostats are turned off.
Double check oven and BBQ to be sure they are all the way off.
Windows and doors should be closed.
Remove garbage from the House, including rooms and bathrooms, and put in appropriate outside cans.
All dishes should be cleaned and put back ‘where they were found’, not left in dishwasher. Dirty dishes or utensils found in cabinets, drawers or counters will result in charges.
Counters and table should be wiped CLEAN.
Furniture should not be moved from it’s original position.
All umbrellas should be folded down and bound by ties.
Beach towels should be brought into laundry room floor.
Outside litter should be picked up.
We often find clothing left in and under beds, double check your room.
FAILURE TO COMPLY CAN RESULT IN DOUBLED CLEANING FEES and/or LOSS OF DEPOSIT

Check In Instructions: 

No smoking in house. If smoking outside, do NOT leave butts on the ground. Empty your own ash trays, properly, into the garbage.
Hot tub will lose heat the longer it remains uncovered. Keep cover on when not in use.
There are horses in the pen close by, no dogs allowed in pen. Horses could go after dogs and injure or kill them.
Do NOT allow your dogs to bark at the horses, or near them.

Check Out Instructions:

All garbage, including bathroom, should be removed from house and placed in cans to the back of the house.
All dishes should be cleaned and put back where you originally found them.
Counters and table should be wiped clean.
Pick up litter from outside and put in garbage.
Bring in hot tub towels from outside.
Turn off AC/Heat.
Close and lock doors and windows.
